Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess at Krave Healthy Restaurant located in Dubai. The Hostess will be responsible for managing reservations, greeting and seating customers, handling phone etiquette, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
. 3 Years experience working in a similar role in UAE.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in handling reservations and seating customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of phone etiquette
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor
- Prior experience in the restaurant industry is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
