Sales Manager Job Opportunity
Summary of the Job:
Responsible for developing and arriving at sales strategies in accordance with the company’s annual business plans and goals. Ensure that a sales plan is implemented to maximize brand selling and profitability. Maintain and manage a motivated sales team. Handling the operational tasks of the company.
Duties and responsibilities
* To achieve sales target.
* To support HR department in hiring staff and train them.
* To control the products flow.
* Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel.
* Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance.
* Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency.
* Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget.
* Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation.
* Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise.
* Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
* Analyze sales and revenue reports and make forecasts.
Skills & Requirements –
- BA/BA in Business Administration or related field; Certificate in Sales, Finance, and Operations would be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years in silver/ gold domain
- Proven experience as sales manager or in other managerial position
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizing and leadership skills
- Commercial awareness
- Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
- Excellent knowledge of retail.
