We are currently recruiting for a Data Entry Operator our trusted client to be based out of their office in Dubai.
Responsibility-
- Data Gathering: Mail distribution to Payers and Providers; Correspondence with the Payers and Providers to gather Authorized signatory and mail ID details, validate the info.
- Filling in Contract template and send it sign off from authorized signatories with clients.
- Contract document update.
- Adapt E signature approach and develop and maintain an E filing system and tracker.
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents.[quads id=2]
Skills
- Proven data entry work experience, as a Data Entry Operator.
- Experience with MS Office and data programs.
- Familiarity with administrative duties.
- Experience using office equipment, like fax machine and scanner.
- Typing speed and accuracy.[quads id=2]
